PKFR International Street Team members Syn, Shaolin Justin, Matthew Willis, The Sheeve. and Arod along with sponsored athletes OQ, Matt, and Joe returned Sunday, May 25, 2008 from The Parkour Generations Exposition in Columbus, Ohio. The trip was a rewarding experience for everyone. Everyone trained hard and accomplished a lot. "It was probably the most intense training I've ever gone through," says Syn "and anyone who didn't come, missed out BIG time." I think the biggest impact on the trip was from sponsored athletes Matt and OQ. "I learned a lot this weekend, both mentally and physical. Not only did I learn how to move better, I also learned what movment is about. My balance has improved and me and OQ were doin stuff we thought we'd never do," Matt says. Overall, the team could definetily say that this was one of the most rewarding experiences we have come across yet. "Meeting and training with Stephane, Kazuma, Johann, Dan, and Forrest really changed the way I think, feel, and move - I truly never though I could do this" -Syn
