Our partner, Refuze Apparel, has recently been working with Matt Wiggins of Working Class Fitness on a set of workout programs tailored to parkour and freerunning. PKFR International has decided to endorse the project to help get it out to a larger group of appropriate raders and also benefit from the training as well. "Train to Refuze (T2R): Parkour Edition" is a 4 phase workout program that covers strength, endurance, and power in a way that can be applied to parkour and freerunning. As part of the endorsement, PKFR international will be releasing "T2R: Parkour Edition" video tutorials which will be available soon.
